The questions we are asked most often.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused marketing site usually runs four to six weeks. A product build with custom back-end work is typically eight to sixteen weeks. We give you a fixed schedule after the discovery call.

How do you price work?

Fixed price per phase for defined scope, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. You always know the number before we start, and change requests are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. A good portion of our work is taking over or rescuing an existing project. We start with an audit so you get an honest picture of what is worth keeping.

Who owns the work when we finish?

You do — code, design files and accounts, all transferred on final payment. There is no proprietary platform holding your site hostage.

Can you maintain the site after launch?

We offer a monthly care plan covering updates, monitoring, performance and a block of change hours. It is optional, never a condition of working together.
