Based in Zagreb, Croatia, Softelis works with founders and product teams who want the design and the engineering to come from the same place.
We started because good work kept getting lost between agencies.
Design hands a file to development. Development hands a build to marketing. Somewhere in those gaps the original idea gets diluted, and everyone involved blames the handover rather than the structure.
So we built a studio where strategy, design and engineering sit together on the same project from the first day. Fewer people, fewer meetings, one team accountable for whether the thing actually works when it is live.
